High Quality Fibres
Fibers
Cashmere
The finest lots of this precious fiber comes from Northern China and Mongolia. Owning an Arisokrat Royal Cashmere garment is a fashion treat to be truly treasured as we only have high quality Royal Cashmere. Our Royal Cashmere is so precious due to its long life quality. Royal Cashmere wool fiber for clothing and other textile articles are obtained from Kashmir and other goats. The goats sometime live in a very rough climate in the Gobi desert at altitude of 4500m at minus 35 degrees. Each goat gives 150-200 gr. per year. It takes one little goat four years to produce enough wool to make just one Royal Cashmere sweater. Longer fibers from the belly and the throat area make the wool especially soft and cause less “pilling” when the fibers are woven into garments such as sweaters, shawls, capes, dresses, and coats for both men and women. The original undyed or natural colors of Royal Cashmere wool are in various shades of grey, brown and white. Royal Cashmere is fine in texture, strong, light, and soft. For these and many others reasons people call cashmere “The Noble Fiber’’ or “The Fiber of Kings’’! In order to achieve and maintain the distinctive quality of Aristokrat’s products, the company uses only the best and finest cashmere in the world by Loro Piana. Royal Cashmere is long lasting, it actually becomes softer with age and rarely pills after being worn and washed. It offers great isolation and warmth during winter and cool in spring. At “Aristokrat” is our job to sell high quality Royal Cashmere to you, our customer.

Mercerization
Mercerized cotton is sometimes referred to in the crafts as pearl or pearl cotton. It is cotton yarn or fabric which has been put through a series of processes, primarily to increase luster. Mercerized cotton is cotton which has been treated with sodium hydroxide to bring out certain properties. First discovered by John Mercer in 1851 and later in 1890 Horace Lowe added an additional step to the process. That is when the British cotton industry began to take an interest in mercerized cotton, which is available today in a wide range of incarnations from thread to completed garments. The mercerizing process is a treatment using of cellulosic materials with concentrated solutions of caustic soda at a temperature of 15 to 18°C. Mercerization is one of the most important processes of finishing cotton materials. It imports gloss to the fiber and increases its hygroscopicity. When treated properly, mercerized cotton is stronger, smoother, and shinier than regular cotton. Thanks to the dye the manufacturers can create rich colors in their cotton. Our company uses this technique for the making of our polo-shirts.

Our fabrics become garments, then a look, and later a lifestyle!
